My work spans residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate throughout the metro, including development partnerships on projects like Culver Ridge Estates, Park Fleur Condos, Prairie Hills Senior Living, Grandshire Estates, and the Historic Ft Des Moines Army buildings.

One of my favorite aspects of this work is educating and advocating for first-time homebuyers as they navigate what can be an overwhelming process.
